Reformer
We offer a fully equipped studio Pilates Reformer in Józefów, which enables a modern workout. During a single class, you'll perform up to 14 different exercises, and for best results, split your time between the reformer and the mat. For balance exercises, you'll use the Balance Bag, and to ensure muscle development, there are dumbbells, Pilates rings and balls, gentle resistance bands, and yoga blocks.
We want to give you comfort and space to exercise, so we invite no more than 12 people to one training session.
