Hi! My name is Pola.
I am a certified Pilates instructor.I completed Pilates training at the Polish Sports Academy and participated in many Pilates workshops.
I am currently a student at the international school Basi Comprehensive Pilates.
My previous activities include aerial dance and pole dance, also swimming and yoga.
I am also completing my engineering studies at the Faculty of Nutrition at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and I want to professionally combine dietetics and Pilates.
For me, Pilates is the best method of healthy training that strengthens all muscles and improves the appearance of the body.

As a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I help others build strength, confidence, and healthy habits. I believe that physical training isn't just about working the body—it's also about mental development, which impacts every area of life.
I'm also a barre instructor—a unique workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional training. Barre strengthens the entire body, improving posture, mobility, and movement awareness. It's a gentle yet incredibly effective form of bodywork, ideal for those who want to move elegantly and functionally without overtaxing the body.
I take care of myself on many levels—physical, mental, and emotional. I regularly read books on self-development, which allows me to inspire and support those I coach even more effectively.

Hi, my name is Luiza, and sport is a natural way for me to spend time.
Sporting activities are a daily part of my life: fitness, Pilates, running, mountaineering, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking. This year, I climbed my first five-thousander.
I am also a dog lover, and my Vizsla often accompanies me during trekking and water activities.
I like to spread my enthusiasm for an active life, for trying new things and for overcoming my own weaknesses.
What do I think physical exercise gives me?
It increases self-esteem, helps maintain health, resets our mind and strengthens our character.

Personal Trainer, Pilates reformer instructor, and interval group class instructor with many years of experience in the fitness industry. Master Trainer at NanoGym and Head Coach, responsible for training and preparing staff in the NanoGym and NanoPilates concepts.
She has experience working individually and in groups, as well as managing a fitness studio. A passionate sports enthusiast, she is a ski instructor and a former youth sailing coach in the Optimist class and windsurfing instructor. She has a thorough understanding of the process of teaching and developing movement skills at various levels of skill development.

I'm a certified personal trainer and have a master's degree from the University of Physical Education in Warsaw. Thanks to my knowledge and experience, I help my clients consciously shape their physiques, strengthen their bodies, and derive satisfaction from exercise.
I treat each person individually, regardless of their level of experience. I combine a professional approach with positive energy – showing that training isn't just about effort, but also about having fun and improving your well-being.
I also have experience working with children, so I not only help adults improve their figure and fitness, but also support the physical development of children, building healthy habits and the joy of exercise.

I'm a certified Pilates instructor from the Polish Sports Academy. I previously trained in ballet and pole dancing.
It's important to me that everyone feels cared for during classes. I try to tailor the level of difficulty and intensity to each participant and inspire them to be physically active, regardless of whether you've been training for a long time, are just starting out, or want to get back into shape (e.g., after an injury).
I can also conduct training in English, German or French.

My name is Jagoda. I'm a yoga instructor (300 RYT, Yoga Alliance) – I completed my teacher training in India, where I learned yoga at its source. I'm studying Mindfulness and Compassion at SWPS University.
In my work, I connect body and mind: I teach how to listen to body signals, build stability, breathe, and become mindful of movement. I strive for classes to be a "feast for the body"—strengthening, soothing, and wise. I prioritize communication, safety, and an atmosphere in which everyone can feel at ease, regardless of their level of experience.
I've been involved in Pilates for over three years; it's one of my favorite forms of comprehensive body care. In our classes, we work on strength, mobility, posture, and ease in everyday movement. I invite you to join me!
